Returns and Exchange Policy
It’s broken! I don’t like it! If you’ve got a problem with something you bought from us, don’t worry. We’ll help you however we can. Netvic Ltd it’s our goal to make you Happy. And that means even when you need to return or exchange something.
If you feel like anything you bought from us is not for you, simply return the product to us in "as new" condition within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price including the cost of the return postage*.
If your product is faulty then please tell us. Most of our products come with a manufacturer’s replacement warranty**. If this happens we’ll pay for postage to make sure you get a replacement product as soon as possible so you don’t miss out on any of the fun.

* Please note if you paid for your order with PayPal you will reclaim the return postage cost to them by submitting your receipt through your PayPal account.
** Please note product warranties cover manufacturing faults and defects and do not cover accidental or deliberate damage to the product.
